With the firm mission, and the right vision, of building a business future based on the innovation of residential projects that would transform the environment where they would come to life, Sierra Blanca Estates has been able to project the most exclusive and avant-garde housing developments of their time and place.

Our roots are in the Marbella Sierra Blanca urbanization, of which we were the original promoters, known as the Beverly Hills of Marbella.
This urbanization is, at present, one of the most exclusive coastal urbanizations in Spain.
From those beginnings to the present day, Sierra Blanca Estates has successfully developed villas and large format apartment projects in Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile such as Lomas de Sierra Blanca, Sierra Blanca del Mar and Reserva de Sierra Blanca, among others.

In 2020, Sierra Blanca Estates takes another step forward in the differentiation of the luxury residential sector on the Costa del Sol by announcing its EPIC Marbella furnished by Fendi Casa project, the first residential development under the branded category on the European Mediterranean coast.
A new paradigm, a new script and a new way of creating experience around the highest level residential status.
A successful project that revalidated the transformative vision of Sierra Blanca Estates and preceded other milestones of the company such as Sierra Blanca Tower, the landing of Sierra Blanca Estates in the city of Malaga, and the first vertical luxury residential project of the developer.
